How to reach us

The fastest route to the editorial desk is email: editor@buzzbingo.bet. We read every message, and we aim to acknowledge it within one working day. If you need to post physical correspondence — rights requests, legal notices, press enquiries that need letterhead — the address is 7 Portman Mews South, London W1H 6AY, United Kingdom.

A phone line is open for press and compliance queries only: +44 20 3807 4455, 09:30 to 17:30 UK time, Monday to Friday. Account support for the operator is a separate matter and should go to the operator's own support team — we cannot change passwords, release withdrawals or verify documents.

Response time

Expect a first reply within one working day for editorial queries, corrections and content takedown requests. Rights-of-access requests under UK GDPR are handled within 30 calendar days of a verified identity.

We do not reply out of hours or on UK bank holidays. If a message arrives on a Friday evening, a reply typically goes out on Monday morning.

Media requests

Journalists and industry researchers can request interviews, data extracts or background commentary on the UK bingo market by writing to the editorial address with the word 'press' in the subject line. Please include your publication, deadline, and a short note on what you need.

We can usually provide: anonymised reader survey data, licence-check walkthroughs, and context on advertising-code changes. We cannot provide: operator-side data (player counts, revenue), unpublished reviews, or quotes attributed to real players without their consent.

What we cannot help with

Several things we are regularly asked about are outside what this site can do. We cannot: unlock a self-excluded account, overturn a KYC decision made by the operator, release a withdrawal, process a chargeback, or recover a forgotten password.

Each of those sits with the operator's support team or, where self-exclusion is involved, with GamStop. If you have exhausted the operator's complaint process and still want independent review, the next step is the Independent Betting Adjudication Service (IBAS) — we can point you to the forms, but we are not an ADR body ourselves.

Form

The contact form on this page sends a message to the editorial inbox. It captures your email address (so we can reply), your message, and a timestamp. No other personal data is collected by the form itself.

Submissions are kept for twelve months and then deleted automatically. If you would rather not use a form, the same inbox is reachable at the email address above.
